Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and seasoned customer service representative who will always be on top of their performance and make a contribution to the overall excellence of our service and distribution model.

This is the first line of contact with the customer, meaning that we need a person who fully understands the importance of this job and is willing to show all the dedication needed.

Customer service is important for building trust with customers, so our ideal candidate must have great organizational and communication skills.

Additionally, we are a growing business in need of an adaptable person who can provide flex capacity to our in-office teams. A perfect candidate that we have in mind must be creative, organized, highly skilled in processing customer account details and using critical thinking to address service issues.

Responsibilities of an Customer Support Specialist
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone
  • Perform order intake from multiple sources
  • Record account information to open customer account
  • Update customer account information and maintain customer records
  • Clarify customers' complaints and determine the cause of the problem
  • Answer customer questions and resolves service and product problems.
  • Manage data entry to maintain accounting records
  • Provide support for special projects in the office
