Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Your Role in Our Mission: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our clients and customers with their insurance and healthcare inquiries. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering telephones and responding to basic customer questions or forwarding them to the appropriate personnel.
- Providing consultative support based on your knowledge and expertise in insurance and healthcare.
- Processing calls efficiently to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Recording calls, processing requests, and maintaining accurate account history with proper documentation.
- Collaborating with team members, management, and customers to address Customer Service issues.
- Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflows to ensure efficient and effective transaction processing.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a government or private sector inbound Customer Service center.
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience in dental customer support.
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on professional written and oral communication.
- Ability to understand your role within a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult in order to resolve client inquiries.
What You Should Expect in This Role:
Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Candidates must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between these hours.
Home Internet: Candidates should have the ability to connect to provided resources, including an Ethernet Patch Cable (Cat5e minimum, strongly recommended). Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50mbps and upload speeds of 5mbps is required, with 80mbps or greater recommended if multiple users are on your home network. 50mbps is the minimum bandwidth necessary to work from home, and additional bandwidth may be required if other activities are occurring in the home, such as Zoom meetings or streaming.
