Customer Service Representative

Envoy Cabinetry, a company that specializes in manufacturing kitchen cabinets has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative in our Fullerton, CA office

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent Customer Service over the phone and email. To answer questions dealers and customers will have about cabinets, orders, and shipments. Processing new orders that are received from our customers, and to create and update files in our file management software

Core Responsibilities:

·Provide excellent Customer Service for all inbound and outbound calls, and emails

·Answer customer and dealer questions about cabinets, orders, and shipments

·Ensure that all orders are received and processed in a timely manner

·Create new orders and update files in file management software

·Input orders into CAD software

·General office duties

Skills:

·Excellent communication skills

·Ability to adapt to changing situations

·Organized with attention to detail

·Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
