Form of workWill be working 100% remote and must live within 60 miles of 1 of 4 locations: Tempe, AZ, Woodbridge, VA, Marlton, NJ, or Boca Raton, FL.
A large Mortgage company is hiring fully remote Outbound Customer Service Reps to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- The Rep, Customer Service I handles Customer Service inquiries and problems.
- Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily
- Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Must be available to work any 8 hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 11pm EST, will be assigned a shift and potentially might have to work occasional half days on Saturdays down the line
- 1-2+ years of outbound Customer Service or call center experience required
- Outbound dialing, upselling experience preferred
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus
- Telemarketing, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales is a plus
