This role provides:
Remote Contact Center CSR -
Must be available for any 8-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm. We are unable to accommodate schedule change requests during the first 90 days. This role provides unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions. Assists with problem resolution, as needed. Responds to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner. Documents all encounters in clear and concise online logs. Transfers callers to other Call Center units as needed. Meets individual performance standards. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Attains and maintains strict required attendance and performance metrics.
Contract to Hire:
You are on a contract to hire position for 6-12 months. Based on performance and attendance an offer will be made to you for you to become a permanent employee.

Have you worked in a call center before and if so, how many years of experience do you have?
Interview Date and Time: what is your availability in first week of March, only one date and one time can be submitted for you.
Once your interview is confirmed by you, this is the date I will send to the hiring manager so she can set it up for you and confirm her schedule as well.
Critical criteria to be eligible to apply:
• Candidate is aware this position is starting remote, and they must have reliable home internet.
• Candidates is aware this role will transition to an in-office role very soon.
• Candidates must be within the Austin or surrounding locations between San Marco to Killeen.
o Candidates further North or South cannot be considered for this role as we are moving in office.
• Candidates do not have any plans for trips or consecutive time off in the first 90 days to miss critical Trainings.
Preferred Qualifications:
