The Opportunity:
We are looking for energetic and committed Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our operations team. General duties for our Remote CSRs include
- Identifying and greeting our clients
- Gathering all required information for billing
- Assistance with 3rd party connection if needed
- Securing and then connecting the interpreter to our client’s conference
- No Sales
As CLI primarily deals with established business-to-business accounts, CSRs do not have to worry about upselling or difficult client disputes and can truly focus on providing the best Customer Service possible.
Our goal is that our CSRs would consistently exceed our customers’ expectations by fostering the following qualities: hospitality, problem-solving, active listening, consistency, accuracy, efficiency, and competency.
In a market that has become increasingly saturated with interactive voice response (IVR) technology, it is through human connection and reasoning that we will continue to set ourselves above and apart from our competitors.
Remote details:
- Open to eligible candidates in the Greater Knoxville, TN area and Lubbock, Texas Area
- Paid training for 8 hours a day for two weeks
- Must remain in your shift for the 90-day probationary period.
Compensation:
- 14.00 an hour
- Paid Medical, Dental, Vision

Requirements:
- Minimum one year of Customer Service experience with a previous employer and stable work history.
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to answer a high volume of inbound Customer Service calls with great attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to provide proof of internet connection speed at a minimum of 60 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
Desired, not required:
- College Education
- 1+ year of Call Center experience

Available Shifts: All shifts are in CST Central Standard Time
- 10:00 am - 6:30 pm M-F
- 10:00 am - 6:30 pm F-Tues
- 10:30 am - 7:00 pm M-F
- 11:00 am - 7:30 pm M-F
- 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm Tues - Sat
- 4:00 pm - 12:30 am M-F
Additional information:
All applicants will be subjected to a criminal background check prior to being hired.
If hired, you will need to complete the US Immigrations Customs and Enforcement I-9 document via remote process.
Full-time employees qualify for paid benefits after 30 days of employment.
