We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Engineer to join our team at HII. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of programming languages and software development methodologies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications and systems that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain software documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues.
- Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain and update existing software applications and systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or 0 years' experience with Masters in related field.
- PLC Experience
- Verification/Validation Experience
- Programming Experience
- Software Testing
Preferred Requirements
Electrical or Computer Engineering Degree
- Ladder Logic
