Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Computer Engineer IVto join our team in Norfolk, VA supporting our customer Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC-A).

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to research, design, develop and test computer hardware and software programs.
• Develop software systems.
• Supervise the manufacturing and installation of computers and computer-related equipment.
• Analyze users' needs and design, construct, test, and maintain computer applications software or systems.

EXPERIENCE:

• Ten (10) years of experience with a Master's degree or twelve (12) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in computer design, software development or computer networks.
• Five (5) years of technical experience in support of TACNET or other Navy C4I networks.
• Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

EDUCATION:

• Master's degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science or
• Bachelor's degree in computer design, software development or computer networks AND the following relevant certifications at the time of assuming duties: Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification such as: Microsoft role-based certifications, Microsoft Certified Applicable Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Cloud Certifications.
