Job Description
As a Remote Journey Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and booking arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities. A successful individual will have excellent customer service skills, as well as knowledge of destinations, transportation options, and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options based on preferences and budget
- Book arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, using online booking systems
- Provide clients with information such as advisories and passport requirements
- Resolve issues such as delays or cancellations
- Stay current on regulations and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
