Job Description
We're now hiring an Onboarding Specialist to help support our growing team. The primary role of this position is to lead and direct the onboarding of new clients into the Jitasa delivery system. The responsibilities of this role include:
Effectively communicate onboarding expectations and timelines with clients and co-workers
Implement best practice policies, procedures, and processes to be executed by the delivery teams
Configure internal and external systems as necessary
Support and train new clients on the adoption of Jitasa systems and processes
Analyze and architect the accounting structure of new clients to conform to the unified chart of accounts
Ensure all new clients are seamlessly transitioned to the delivery teams

Skills / Qualifications
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
2. Work Experience: Typically 2-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience.
Candidates should have experience:
Managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
Setting clear expectations and timelines
Navigating and understanding ambiguous situations
Adapting to multiple scenarios
Independently solving complex situations
Directing and delegating tasks to others
3. Skills:
Candidates must possess a high level of general accounting knowledge and bookkeeping skills
Candidates must possess a high level of knowledge of NFP accounting principles
Candidates must possess excellent client communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive client relationship
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills internally with team members and demonstrate the ability to explain
complex things simply
Candidates must have a high proficiency in client management as well as project management. They must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple clients and projects to successful completion on time
Candidates must demonstrate good leadership skills and the ability to achieve results
Candidates must possess proficient conflict resolution skills
Candidates should be willing to collaborate and work effectively with others, both internally and externally in order to achieve goals.
Candidates should show initiative and follow through; and demonstrate that they’re highly motivated, a self-learner, and able to work independently

Compensation and Benefits
1. Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 base salary DOE
Quarterly bonus of up to $12,000 based on team and company performance
