The Relocation Specialist is responsible for the operational success of Chevron’s relocation activities by managing the day-to-day services of the relocation service providers and serving as a relocation subject resource for employees, managers, and HR teams.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure a high level of service with a key focus on employee experience and efficient mobility programs.
- Engage with vendors on a regular basis to monitor tasks and case progression.
- Resolve common relocation issues, escalations, and exception requests. Responsible for engaging with vendors to discuss and resolve operational questions in a timely manner. Document outcomes and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Provide consultation on relocation procedural questions to employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Consult and advise on application of Chevron's domestic relocation policies and procedures to Business HR, clients, Global Mobility Specialists, and vendor.
- Monitor supplier processes and practices to ensure efficiencies and alignment with Chevron policies and workflows.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- May be part of large-scope projects and deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in USA domestic relocation.
- Knowledge of mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- Experience managing external vendor relationships; understanding of elements of relocation policies, and supplier management.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate effective management, organizational, and leadership skills in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to work effectively with data, analyze and present insights, and develop and deliver presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management and implementation experience.
- Experience with a Relocation Management Company (RMC)

Relocation will not be considered.
