Relief Part-Time Night Auditor

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott Flat Rock has an immediate need for a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent.

Beyond being available to our guests, which is most important, Front Desk Team members are responsible for the following:

• Perform all night audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
• Process guest check-ins/check-outs, take room reservations, handle guest requests promptly, and process all changes and cancellations.
• At check-in, confirm that guest information is accurate and up-to-date; take payment from guest and adjust rates and billing accordingly, if necessary; activate room keys.
• Identify and explain room features to guests; provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Run and review daily reports/logs.
• Set wake-up call requests.
• Count and balance bank at beginning and end of shift. Complete cashier and closing reports, and drop cash payments in safe.
• Replenish coffee as needed during evening shift. Make sure lobby, breakfast, and the business center stay clean.
• Acts as the Manager on Duty during night time hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
