- Technical knowledge of Nacelle products
- Understanding of the design of aerospace structures and systems.
- Continuous Improvement experience with ( CORE, ACE, Lean, or Six Sigma tools).
- Experience defining, tracking, and documenting multi-disciplinary project tasks (schedule, resources, budget / cost).
- Experience building and delivering technical presentations to internal and external customers. Understand how to craft messaging to specific audiences (executives, OEM partners, and airlines).
- Strong understanding of the commercial implications of engineering changes, field issues, and investigations · Previous Customer Support experience.
- Supplier management experience · Experienced using MS Office – Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experienced using Teamcenter, CRM software (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.), SAP, CATIA V5.
- General knowledge of contracts and specification documents.
- General understanding of Aftermarket technical support manuals.
Desired Skills: ·
- Degree in Engineering domain.
- 1+ years of Project Engineering is preferred.
- Aerospace background is required.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are required.
- MS dynamics database experience.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinking, ability to challenge traditional methods, question basic requirements of system to push envelope of performance and reliability, open to new ideas.
- Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of customer interaction with telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early
- Typical 8-hour days plus lunch / 40-hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
