GENERAL / DEFINITION:
The Registration Clerk is responsible for making reservations, checking members in and out and customer service. Is required to keep all files up to date, take direction from the supervisor and to assist in activities when needed. Keep track of member information. Treat people with respect, work ethically, with integrity, accept responsibility for own actions and uphold organization vision, values and objectives. Must work well with coworkers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Language Skills
Ability to read, write and interpret documents, notes, messages. Ability to respond effectively to the inquiries or complaints in a sensitive professional manner.
Must possess the communication skills, both verbal and written, needed to relay information to all employees and customers in a professional, positive and constructive manner, such that all communication is clear and understandable.
Teamwork
Must work harmoniously with all personnel, including all other departments, and follow all company rules, regulations and procedures, uphold company vision, values and objectives.
