JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 8 hour shifts
- Home Care Setting
- Vent experience; monitor 02 levels
- Trach care daily
- Requires suctioning and monitoring for respiratory distress
- PEG tube monitoring
- Medication administration
- Assisting patient with mobility, transfers, and ADL’s
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one year of experience
- Active Nursing License
- BLS Certification
- TB skin test (current; within 1 year)
- Cleared background check
