Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the areas of all of the Bay Area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, medical imaging centers, home care, and more. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth
- Utilize medical imaging technology such as CT scans to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Provide health coaching and support to patients with chronic conditions
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote their overall well-being
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
