Home Health Admission Nurse – Martin County

MUST HAVE OASIS ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE! **SERIOUS INQUIRES PLEASE**

We are a Medicare Certified/CHAP Accredited Home Health Agency, hiring Registered Nurses to service Palm Beach Counties (Jupiter , Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Lantana, Wellington)

This is for Start Of Cares/Admissions, Recertifications, Discharges.

Rates are per OASIS Tasks;

$75 - Start of Cares

$55 - Recertifications/Resumption of Care/Discharges

Requirements:

• Must have an active Florida State RN License
• 1 year of experience working as an RN; Home Health experience a HUGE PLUS
• RNs must have OASIS Assessment Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Home Health policies and procedures
