Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with procedures and surgeries as needed
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [LOCATION]
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Strong knowledge of Medical/Surgical procedures, treatments, and medications
