What will you do as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)
- Prepare assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective.
- Evaluate and identify changes in our residents' conditions and initiate appropriate steps.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs.
What you need as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)
- Licensed as an RN
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility
- Previous MDS experience
