Liberty Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in beautiful Doylestown, PA is hiring for a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC/MDS) to join our Team!

Job Responsibilities

Processing related to the assessment of patients and residents in a health care facility.

The RNAC will assess patients, asking patients to report how they feel, providing regular reports to doctors and other medical professionals, billing, and working with the MDS (medical decision support) system to ensure that all conditions are treated in the best possible way.

Assist with patient's examinitions and/or questions

Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
