Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Must possess an unencumbered license to practice as a Registered NurseAND/OR
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Conduct and Coordinate the development and completion and the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current regulations and guidelines
- Must be experienced in PDPM, MDS coding, insurance updates, care planning
- Long-Term Care Experience Required
- Assist in completion of patient discharge
- Auditing the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop, implement and maintain a quality assurance program resident care plan.
Shift & Wage:
- Full-Time Opportunity Available
- Shifts Needed: Days, Monday-Friday
- Wage: $50.00 per hour, based on experience
