Key Details:
- Locations: Papillion, Omaha, Bellevue
- Shift Timings: Vary by location
- Contract Duration: 2 to 3 months (depending on assignment)
- Pay Rate: $45/hr for RNs, $38/hr for LPNs
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in California
- Current or previous relevant work experience
Documents Required:
- Active RN or LPN license in California
- Covid19 Vaccine Card or Exemption
- BLS (If expired but willing to take, we can consider)
- Hepatitis B card or document
- TB 2 Step (2 PPDs within 1 year, any time in the past; blood test within past 5 years; or chest x-ray (+positive TB) anytime in the past)
- Annual TB Risk Assessment/Questionnaire Form
- Health Exam/Statement (within the past 4 years)
- Annual Core Competency Certificate copies (OSHA, HIPAA, Workplace Safety, etc)
