Complete a nursing assessment(s).
Participate in the development of the individual treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery plan and the plan updates.
Oversee and monitor daily medication administration.
Provide medication education as necessary.
Communicate with Medical Director and Clinical Director as necessary.
Monitor, supervise, and oversee the program’s daily activities in conjunction with and in the absence of the Clinical Director.
Coordinate care with community providers.
Make referrals as needed and assist in scheduling needed medical, dental, specialized, and other appointments.
Attend and/or participate in agency All-Staff meetings, Leadership Team meetings, and other pertinent meetings.
Adhere to the ethical codes of their profession and to those set forth in the Employee Handbook, including client confidentiality.
Demonstrate the ability to be sensitive to cultural and ethnic differences.
Qualifications:
• R.N in good standing with the State of Nebraska. Incumbent is preferred to have at least 2 years of providing behavioral health rehabilitation services experience along with experience in providing crisis management. Incumbent must have experience in program administration along with supervisory experience.
