- Critical thinking skills and have the ability to have input and/or make recommendations to the doctor based on your assessment of the patient
- Strong memory and ability to learn and retain new information quickly
- Capacity to monitor and manage multiple IV patients
Requirements
- Licensed RN or BSN in good standing in the state of NE – hospital experience with experience in ICU, CCU, ER or Med/Surg preferred
- Excellent IV/ phlebotomy skills, experience with or willingness to be trained in accessing PORTs and PIC Lines
- Compassionate, pleasant and caring
- Excellent documentation and critical thinking skills
- Desire to learn and educate patients
- Be a team player with good communication skills
Part-time position – pay commensurate with experience and training – no health insurance provided, however other benefits include access to everything offered at the clinic. Hourly rate from $40-$45 per hour to begin or more for person meeting all the qualifications listed.
