Registered Medication Aid

11 pm- 7 am shift- We are looking for a dedicated night owl Registered Medication Aid to join our team at SDRC in Stuarts Draft, VA. The successful candidate will be a trusted member of the team responsible for delivering quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. They will be responsible for providing safe and effective medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and for providing excellent customer service to our patients. $18.00 hourly + shift differential

• Administer medications as ordered by the physician
• Supervise direct care staff
• Respond to emergencies as needed
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and vendors
• Maintain compliance with VA state regulations and company policies
• Provide hands-on assistance to residents such as bathing, toileting, and dressing

• Valid US work authorization
• Previous experience in an assisted living facility
• Registered Medication Aid (RMA)
• Knowledgeable in the use of medication software and protocols
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
