The Regional Service Manager plays a crucial role in driving daily service operations optimization within the assigned region. This leadership position focuses on aligning teams with core values and vision, empowering service professionals, and fostering a culture of growth and exceptional results.
The Mid-Atlantic region, covering Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, will be a focal point for support, necessitating frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Financial Performance Growth:
- Take ownership of all business operations within the assigned region.
- Set ambitious standards for outstanding financial performance and lead by example.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure exceptional service experiences.
Champion Core Values:
- Embody and promote core values (LOVE IT) in all aspects of operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and positivity.
Supportive Policy Adherence:
- Uphold company policies with a supportive and influential approach.
- Communicate and reinforce established processes and procedures within the service departments.
Operational Performance:
- Create and manage operational scorecards to track progress.
- Collaborate with the VP Service Operations for support in achieving regional goals.
- Monitor and analyze consolidated scorecard metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Performance Monitoring:
- Identify stores not meeting targets and collaborate on recruiting and onboarding top talent.
- Ensure effective use of the DVI/MPI Process and Electronic Repair Order Process.
Continuous Improvement:
- Function as a catalyst for continuous improvement and change.
- Lead with actions reflecting organizational values.
Team Development:
- Maximize employee competencies through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Cultivate strong work relationships to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Compliance and Safety:
- Travel within the region to support processes and ensure safety adherence.
- Contribute to forecasting and fixed operations budgets.
Adherence to Regulations:
- Comply with company policies, OSHA, and state-mandated regulations.
Other Duties:
- Complete any other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of proven supervisory experience.
- Openness to feedback, strong commitment to integrity, adaptability, and self-motivation.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Project management proficiency.
- Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
