SVP, DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

• Provide cross-functional leadership to drive effective product enhancements and impact new product rollouts. Recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process problems that arise;
• Develop sales goals/targets annually to closely align lines of business. Accountable for driving results and achieving sales targets for BSNB products and services;
• Oversee BSNB's Marketing strategy across lines of business, recommending and implementing Marketing strategy;
• Set strategy for BSNB's Product Specialist within the Marketing Department to insure use of relevant market research to assess product and market trends to identify a need or market opportunity;
• Develop objectives, key results, and key performance indicators, and monitor ability to generate a positive return on investment;
• Direct oversight of BSNB's Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and Marketing leadership;
• Assess risk when business decisions are made.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

• Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in banking Sales and operations, in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Marketing, or combination thereof.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendations to present to sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to work at all level of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
• Associate's degree in business or related field required, bachelor's degree preferred.
