We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with focus on identifying new sales opportunities, create product demand, build relationships with new and existing customers. This team member will reside on the West Coast of the United States.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will quickly assume a leadership role and successfully devise, implement and direct Regional Sales strategies to increase sales & market share consistent with the long-range business plans that support the company’s strategic initiatives. The individual will have developed a track record in building and retaining a profitable customer base. A competency in Regional Management, strategic thinking and solutions driven sales techniques are required. He or she must have a strong enthusiasm for the business and must transmit this enthusiasm and high energy to customers and corporate personnel.
Responsibilities Include:
- Travel to call on existing and prospective customers to educate, perform product training, build relationships and close sales.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management on activities, customer and market status.
- Enter all information into our CRM, including call report information about customer visits.
- Prepare quotations and sales contracts for customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers and forecast delivery dates based on production schedules. Resolve any customer problems.
- Develop strategic marketing plans and attend trade shows.
- Demonstrate high-level selling and presentation skills.
- Work cross functional through the organization to provide the ultimate customer experience.
