Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales plans in line with company objectives, targeting new clients and identifying suitable customer segments.
2. Establish comprehensive customer profiles and maintain sales records.
3. Regularly follow up with clients, collect feedback and complaints, and coordinate solutions with relevant departments to enhance service quality.
4. Cultivate strong client relationships to uphold the company's image and foster long-term cooperation.
5. Stay abreast of market trends, monitor price fluctuations across various routes, and provide timely market insights.
6. Identify potential needs of both new and existing clients.
7. Collect market information and analyze competitors within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the recycling industry with familiarity in client management.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a good network in the industry.
4. Ability to analyze market trends and possess excellent customer service skills.

Salary: $64,107.04 - $77,000.00 per year
