Candidates must be based in NE PA, NJ or NY areas. BASE SALARY: $70,000 - $80,000 annually plus the opportunity to earn up to 100% of base in commissions.

We are seeking a full-timeRegional Sales Managerwho will be responsible for achieving the financial targets of the Northeast US region within the Acute Care Division of Capsa Healthcare. This position requires an understanding of and ability to execute strategies relating to regional management, account management, relationship development, solution selling, sales channel management, and strategic growth plans.
This position will be based in the Northeast U.S.
As a Regional Sales Manager, your contributions to the team will include:
- Responsible for the assigned sales region as an advocate for Capsa’s portfolio of products, services, and solutions to ensure sustainable sales growth and execute strategic sales plans that exceed company financial objectives.
- Work to increase Capsa’s presence within key integrated Delivery Networks (IDN’s) and leverage key decision makers and influencers in supply chain, clinical, and administration by providing a comprehensive strategy promoting the value of Capsa’s complete product and service solutions.
- Responsible for selling all acute-care related product lines including closed storage carts, cabinets, & endoscope storage.
- Requires travel to participate in sales events/meetings and customer visits. Some over night stays and weekends may be required for participation in industry tradeshow.
- Develop monthly / quarterly product forecasts and business plans to achieve pre-defined strategies and financial objectives.
- Build relationships with regional and national channel partners to expand reach within assigned region; support channel partners with in-field support that includes product training, presentation support, customer visits, administration, and business development activities.
- Build relationships and present building plan and design ideas to equipment planners, architecture design firms and construction firm personnel.
- Maintain CRM database to include opportunity detail, forecast, and pipeline data. Regular and consistent maintenance is required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise within the Acute Care marketplace.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
What we ask of you:
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Experience selling Capital Equipment or Endoscopy preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical work flows and medical devices used in endoscopy labs, central sterile department, operating rooms or Cath labs preferred.
- Experience in preconstruction hospital bidding process preferred, not required.
- Three (3) or more years of solution sales experience, preferably with capital equipment in the healthcare industry, specifically the Acute Care segment.
- Three (3) or more years of sales experience, to include collaboration with channel partner reps, independent reps, direct reps, or distributor reps.
- Experience with managing complex accounts / projects with multiple decision makers and influencers
- Proven ability to interact and influence customers in various market segments
- Strong negotiation skills; Must be able to improvise in customer situations towards a successful resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
