Huntsman is seeking a Regional Production Analyst / Planner supporting the Performance Products Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Manufacturing Excellence Manager.
Job Scope
Perform analysis of PP Plant Maintenance financial and operational reports, provide Global SAP Power Users support including resolution of site SAP issues, SAP System PP Administrator and Support Global BPO SAP projects. This position is also responsible for:

• Identifying improvement and digitization needs to improve the process.
• Lead SAP-PM installation across sites which are not using SAP-PM
• Chair the working group for resolving issues and driving system improvements.
• Drive the maturity improvement for SAP-PM
• Develop and monitor SAP-PM Master Data Governance document.
• Serve on cross-divisional Master Data Governance Team working to implement new Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Tool Develop recorded SAP training using Enable Now
• Manage Prometheus Maintenance Scheduling Program.
• Work with users to provide training and technical support.

As the Regional Production Analyst/Planner, your job functions and responsibilities will be:

• Global Business Process Owner for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for Performance Products Division / North America. Duties include resolution of SAP database issues & overall SAP system administrator responsibilities for sites in area of responsibility. This also includes identifying & implementing improvement opportunities.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities. This also includes improving "Maturity" level of the division.
• Work with Huntsman Performance Products sites SAP users to identify and improve usage of SAP within Huntsman Performance Products to achieve optimal SAP maintenance workflow, compliance, cost control, etc. Provide support as needed for the CATS work process used to pay contractors. Serve as CATS Subject Matter expert supporting of Corp. Purchasing effort expand use of CATS by other divisions to improve transparency of invoicing and payment to vendors.
• Develop Business Reporting to monitor Key Process Indicators as necessary.
  • Develop and provide KPI reports from SAP PM for maintenance and reliability such as backlog, schedule attainment, PM compliance, overtime, expenses, etc..
  • Work with Planning Departments to improve ability for cost control and reporting of actual and committed costs. Also work with Capital Project Teams to include cost for Capital Projects in overall cost being reported. Including T&I shutdowns.
  • Support HPP's OEE Tool by managing access tickets and driving improvement projects to increase functionality of the tool.
  • Veritas support - expanded support to improve data integrity, complete mass data uploads to track monthly spend.
  • Coordination of IT/MIS (Manufacturing Information System Projects).
  • Assist with other Manufacturing Excellence reports as needed.
  • Develop Power BI skills and extract OEE data from OEE Tool into Power BI.
  • Expand use OEE Level 4 reason codes across sites and develop detailed reports to aid sites in driving OEE improvement efforts.
  • Develop and distribute monthly reports on consumption and stock inventory volume and value for maintenance related materials to optimize working capital and to provide material information for equipment failure analysis.

• Ensure workflows and training are in place for site SAP users. Develop and determine how to best provide training for new users and existing users for either changes or problem resolution.
• Participate in the design, development, configuration, implementation and training of any tools which require data integration with SAP. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Document Management, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by the department manager including becoming backup resource for roles within CAPEX & Project Management systems, Contracts & Services or other areas identified by department manager.
• Manage SAP tickets with IT and users ensuring consistency and priorities.
• Support Global BPO SAP projects.
• Essential functions require an ability to work extra hours if applicable, to ensure required staffing capacity to meet daily production objectives.
• Work collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives.
• Assists other employees in accomplishments of Huntsman company goals. Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
• Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company. Participates in and completes company-required training programs.
• Requires frequent travel between the sites with occasional overnight stays.

Required Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science/engineering or related field with 4+ years of related working experience
• Or 10+ years of related working experience

Specific Skills and Knowledge:

• Must have a level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs.
• Must have at least 5 years of SAP experience. Proficiency with SAP is a necessity and at least 3 years of experience with SAP PM module is required for this position.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing location utilizing SAP is preferred. May substitute manufacturing experience with SAP PM design/configuration/ implementation experience.
• Experience with database and reporting programs such as Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence, etc. is required.
• High level of proficiency with Excel is required including ability to create and use pivot tables, develop charts and other tracking/forecasting tools.
