Form of work Description:
· Obtain and maintain working knowledge of the company's accounting platform and software for both financial accounting and managerial accounting purposes.
· Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Prepare monthly financial analytics and reporting.
· Develop ad hoc reports requested by the management team while providing and updating existing monthly data queries.
· Work closely with departments such as R&D, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment on financial matters and provide financial support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of two years of accounting experience.
· Proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office Suite.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
