Our client is a very well-funded and leading biopharmaceutical company based in the Northeast. It is an exciting time for them as they are expanding their Hematology Oncology MSL team across the country and preparing for launch. Because of this, they have asked us to help them find a Regional MSL Director for the West region. If you’re looking to join a stable company and with a deep pipeline, then this is a can’t miss opportunity.
The Opportunity:
The Regional Director will manage a team of newly hired but experienced MSLs who will support Hem/Onc therapeutics. The company is expecting multiple product launches this year. They are looking for an experienced MSL manager who has led teams through a product launch. Though this is a hem/onc build, they are open to experienced MSL leaders from the solid tumor arena as well.
They have asked us to introduce this opening to people who have elements of the below profile:
-MD, PhD, PharmD, or DNP required
-MSL management experience required
-Launch experience as an MSL manager required
-Oncology launch experience required
-Hematology Oncology experience preferred
