Regional Manager - Sales - Home Improvement

Momnt is seeking experienced hires for our Regional Manager - Home Improvement positions. As a Regional Manager, you will be tasked with building a pipeline of qualified merchants and growing a significant book of lending business.

This is an opportunity to join a venture capital backed fintech company. We are looking for our experienced Regional Manager to have direct experience in the Home Improvement finance industry or with experience with in-home sales or regional sales.

Location:

This role is Remote but you have to reside in the USA.  This position does require travel to merchant sites, trade shows, and events.

Remote-based employees may occasionally travel to our headquarters for meetings, team-building events, or as needed by role. This team works in various territories; you must reside within one of the following targeted territories:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available. Corp to Corp is not available.

As an Regional Manager, you will:

• Position the Momnt value proposition to contractors in the Home Improvement industry
• Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them understand the value of our payment and lending solutions so they can grow their business
• Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities focusing on potential transaction volumes 
• Close deals growing company revenue
• Taking our base playbook and optimizing based on your experience
• Tracking industry news to identify opportunities
• Organizing and managing deal flow in the Momnt CRM (HubSpot). This includes maintaining proper records, activities, and reports/forms for accuracy and historical reference, and will require strong attention to detail
• Suggesting creative new ways to engage target accounts

You'd be a good fit if:

• Experience within the Home Improvement finance industry or in-home sales or regional sales.
• Self-motivated, driven to succeed, and with a proven track record of success (top performer in your current role)
• Consultative selling expertise and an understanding of the concepts behind SPIN selling
• Knowledge of Payments, Lending, and/or SMB sales preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven attention to detail
• Technical aptitude and comfort with Sales CRMs (Hubspot preferred but not required)
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
