Regional Insurance Manager - Cargo

We are currently seeking a Regional Manager in Long Beach, CA. This person will manage and lead the Logistics Insurance department with day to day activities.

• Handle marketing strategy and/or marketing of new and renewal business submissions.
• Ensure departmental accuracy and responsiveness to clients and producer requests.
• Follow quality control procedures and promptly correct any items uncovered by quality control audits.
• Conduct cargo seminars and training for new clients, and existing clients as needed and/or requested.

• MUST HAVE Marine Background/experience in inland marine, ocean marine, cargo, transportation lines of coverage
• MUST HAVE experience working at a retail brokerage or carrier
• Someone with management experience or looking to grow into a management role as the next step in their career.
• Must be local for Hybrid work schedule, 3 days work from home
