Purpose of the position
The Insurance Services Manager plays a pivotal role in the newly established Honda Insurance Solutions company. Their responsibilities encompass overseeing and managing the property and casualty insurance business, from strategic planning to execution. The Manager formulates and refines the short and long-term insurance business roadmap. They propose innovative strategies, action plans, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track progress providing regular updates to stakeholders, including the AHFC Executive Leadership Team and AHM. Driving business growth is a core focus. The Manager identifies opportunities, collaborates with potential partners, and ensures alignment with Honda’s quality standards. This Manager will conduct periodic organizational/operational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and recommend improvements. This Manager must be able to draw on expansive industry knowledge and experience to formulate sound decisions and drive growth of the insurance business for Honda. This role requires strategic vision, leadership. customer focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Manage insurance partner relationships
- Direct research and analysis to understand insurance industry trends, competitive landscape and customer-centric solutions.
- Manage, mentor and develop department associates
- Manage the budge and financial performance of the insurance department
