WatermarkRetirement Communities is looking for an extremely seasoned Human ResourceProfessional with regional experience to provide training, coaching andoversight to the associate experience leaders in our communities. In this rolewe need an experienced Human Resource generalist who has the ability to supporta culture of engagement and recognition. The right candidate will have a passion for creating and nurturing theassociate experience, the ability to build and develop teams, as well as knowledgeof the CA labor laws and related regulations. Watermark is a company thatprides itself on culture. In the regional role we are looking for an individualthat can not only drive culture in the communities but will also embrace it andlead by example.
