Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support to the facilities and Human Resources related to Human Resource needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some College Experience Preferred
Licenses/Certification:
PHR certification Preferred
Experience:
- 4 years of experience in an office environment. Experience with Human Resource Matters
Essential Functions:
- Provides guidance and direction to Corporate Benefits Coordinators
- Complete Workers Compensation Management
- Assists with Policy and Procedure Creation, Modification and Review
- Payroll Service Management.
- Information Technology and Support Liaison with external suppliers
- Email Administrative Management
- Audit personnel files at facilities for compliance
- Employee Benefits Analysis
- Handbook Management
- Official keeper of employee records for Home Office and Regional Supervisors
- Attend employee meetings/ trainings, open enrollments as needed
- Train, direct and manage PBC in the facilities
- Provide guidance and support for all the facilities in all realms of Human Resources
- Review facility Disciplinary and make suggestions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of Human Resource practices and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees.
- Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.
