As a Regional / Corporate Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of strategic plans to maximize revenue opportunities for 10 properties within our Company including; Room Revenue (primary focus), Spa, Food & Beverage, and Meeting Space. Title of Position: Regional / Corporate Director of Revenue Management (Hybrid Possible)
Job Responsibilities: The Regional / Corporate Director of Revenue Management will support the Vice President of Revenue Management and be heavily involved in group analysis/displacement through Daily Business Review meetings and capitalizing on wedding revenues to ensure the company is achieving the correct revenue targets. The Regional / Corporate Director of Revenue Management will work closely with sales teams, reception desk employees, and the hotel general manager in areas of promotion, business planning, forecasting, pricing strategies, and reservation costs.
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 DOE + 20% Bonus

The role of a Regional/Corporate Director of Revenue Management is crucial in the hospitality industry, as it directly impacts the financial success of a hotel or resort. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to effectively manage revenue streams and optimize profitability.
As a key member of the Revenue Management team, the Regional/Corporate Director will support the Vice President of Revenue Management in developing and executing revenue strategies for multiple properties. They will play a critical role in group analysis and displacement through daily business review meetings to ensure that room rates are set at optimal levels to maximize profits while also meeting market demand.
Qualifications:
The Regional / Corporate Director of Revenue Management must perform a critical analysis of each revenue-generating area throughout their Region and preferably have Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott & IHG experience
The Regional Corporate Director of Revenue Management must continually monitor group and transient business thresholds within a five-year forecast to ensure measurable improvements for demand availability
The Regional / Corporate Director of Revenue Management must have experience budgeting, forecasting, and writing daily and monthly reports and be familiar with Profitsword & Spider
The Regional Corporate Director of Revenue Management must be able to strategize with Marketing on new business sources & channels for eCommerce to cultivate and activate new revenue streams and lead Area Directors of Revenue in the future
