TheCorporate Director of Revenue Management manages hotel revenue administration and strategic functions including revenue assurance, management, billing, and inventory for multiple properties.
This is a hybrid role that requires ability to work in Plano, TX 3 days/week.

Responsibilities
- Follow all company Revenue Management processes by time period (daily, weekly, quarterly, etc.)
- Administer processes and controls meant to ensure room occupancy revenue is captured.
- Provide strategic hotel service pricing with the goal of maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Modify Revenue Management strategies to reach targeted markets.
- Manage factors impacting revenue loss, reducing costs, revenue capture, and improving margins.
- Validate GRO Forecast and GRO Decisions (Rate, LOS Restrictions, Oversell, etc.)
- Investigate and correct any GRO Exemptions/Notifications
- Investigate rates in each market and adjust
- Create and distribute sales calendar
- Daily business reviews with DOS and Sales Managers at each property
- Create group blocks or negotiated codes when needed
- Generate and distribute a daily revenue summary
- Generate and distribute weekly group pick-up
- Generate and distribute weekly 12 Day operations forecast
- Read and distribute weekly trade articles found pertaining to either our markets or Revenue Management
- Participate in monthly financial review calls with ownership
- Conduct monthly OTA market manager calls in each market
- Validate monthly STR data, review and discuss monthly STR performance
- Review and discuss monthly Pulse and RPM reports
- Generate rooms revenue budget for the following year
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 6+ years of hotel Revenue Management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive and travel
- Ability to tolerate a variety of environments, indoor and outdoor.
