Job Summary:
The Regional Coordinator is responsible for many clerical duties to support the daily operations of the office and its various departments. This employee needs to be highly motivated and productive as they will be working in an office setting primarily as an individual. The Regional Coordinator will work directly with the corporate office daily to streamline processes and oversee Beaumont training, job site management, HR needs, and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager with ensuring all field employees work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
- Answering phone calls/emails/mail and greeting customers/clients by directing them to relevant staff or location
- Assist HR and Safety Department with on-boarding and varies documentation needs
- Coordinate time & attendance and scheduling for Beaumont region Operations
- Organizing and order office supplies and maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe
- Assist AP department with expense management for Beaumont region
- Assist with in-house training class preparation
- Run company errands as needed
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
Requirements and Competency Qualifications:
- Minimum high school graduation
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- 2-3 years office experience: office organization, assistance in management duties. etc
- Proficient communication skills
- Organizational skills: pre-developed organizational systems, habits, & ability to learn new systems
- Proficient technology skills: Microsoft Office, Google systems, & ability to navigate & learn new software & technologies
- Clerical experience, such as answering phones, managing daily office operations, etc.
- Phone etiquette
- Front desk skill & etiquette
Position Benefits:
- Pay: $21-$25/hour
- Full-time employment: 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday in office)
