Who we Need:
If you are currently working in an Automotive Dealership and looking to get outside the same four walls and share your enthusiasm and passion with other great dealers in the surrounding area, then this position is perfect for you!
Applicant must have 5 yrs. minimum as F&I Manager/Sales Manager/General Manager in a successful Automotive operation and be able to demonstrate F&I and Store knowledge that includes:
· Menu Selling
· Knowledge of Industry Products
· Bank/Lender Relations
· Packaging Deals
· DMS Understanding
The position is in Virginia and the candidate must reside and be able to travel unencumbered within this territory. Overnight stays and travel are expected. Your energy and experience will be critical to your success as well as interaction with staff in our current stores and when prospecting new clients! SO…. We are looking for your “A” game every day!!
You must be proficient at verbal communication and cold calling as this will be a requirement of this position. The growth opportunity of this territory is a HUGE!
Therefore, the majority of your time will be spent Hunting New business. This
requires an individual who can handle rejection and get back in the saddle to approach the account professionally over and over again.
Income development within the store is also expected. The candidate must be able to “roll their sleeves up” and demonstrate our selling and objection handling techniques to the clients in order to provide accountability and earn respect of those trained. Must be proficient with tracking of in-store results and able to project for Dealer where the store is heading based on current training and sales trends. Must also be able to interact seamlessly with parts, service, accounting, sales, etc. Relationships built within the stores are critical to overall success.
Responsibilities Include:
· Ability to Negotiate and Close Deals with Decision Maker
· Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.
· Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.
· Able to move the Needle within the store for F&I Profit
· Determine sales trends in the store in real time and make necessary adjustments to maximize F&I penetration.
· Use CRM software.
