Responsibilities:
- Author reports, presentations, documents, etc. as necessary to communicate status of applications and requisitions to recruitment team and leadership.
- Assist candidates with electronic application process; remote and in-person.
- Process applications; forward to hiring department, update status timely.
- Audit outstanding applications, effectively communicating with hiring departments to seek updates/resolution.
- Assist in the development, facilitation, and implementation of all phases of the recruitment process.
- Prepare and debrief recruitment meeting agendas/minutes.
- Assists in the management and operation of the applicant tracking system.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Monitor job posting dashboards; Handshake, College career boards, etc.
- Maintains recruitment templates, such as interview questions and other hiring & selection materials, to ensure all documentation is up to date and current.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates for hiring managers to review.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials as needed.
- Manage the interview process, attend, and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and stakeholders when needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Assistance and participation in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree (AA) or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Human Resources or Recruitment related function preferred.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment systems.
- Applicant must have strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as excellent written and oral communications skills.
