As the Multi-Media Recruitment Marketing intern, you will create compelling multi-media content that engages prospective candidates and communicated our employer brand effectively. You will work with the Recruitment Marketing team to showcase our employer brand across various platforms, helping attract top talent to our brands. work with our Talent Acquisition team to help attract top talent to our brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing team to develop multi-media content, including videos, photos, graphics, and animations, supporting our multi-channel strategy to attract and engage prospective candidates.
- Video Production: Participate in all aspects of video production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production, to create captivating recruitment videos and employee testimonials.
- Storytelling: Assist in crafting compelling narratives that highlight our company culture, values, and career opportunities to resonate with target audiences.
- Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in multi-media development, talent attraction, and Recruitment Marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Capture the Experience: Capture the Inspire Brands internship experience; partner with Corporate Communications on intern photos/videos; gather intern testimonials.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Required Minimum: Enrolled in a 4-year college degree, Pursuing a degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Digital Editing, Digital Photography, Video Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
Preferred: Currently a Junior or Senior
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Preferred: Previous video editing or graphic design internship experience preferred; experience in food service industry also a plus
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:
- Experienced in video production (photography skills a plus)
- Proficiency in multimedia development tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills, with a passion for visual storytelling and branding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Project Management skills
