Alliance Services is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to manage a strategic recruiting and hiring process to attract top talent caregivers that will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, helping them to become the best version of themselves and having fun in the process!
Main Responsibilities:
● Use recruiting websites and social media to source applicants
● Screen candidate resumes and job applications
● Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective candidates
● Manage candidates through the recruitment and hiring process
● Promote the company’s reputation as a company that looks out for their caregivers and our personality, which we sum up to be “A real, genuine hug!”
● Strategize new ways to recruit and hire
● Assist with orientation and training
● Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to make hiring and other strategic decisions
● Proficient in basic computer applications (email, word documents, spreadsheets)
● Heart for people
● At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma
● Pass a Background Check
● Bilingual (optional but preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
