What youll be doing:
- Daily management and maintainenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) CareerPlug and other recruiting engines
- Daily review of all job posts, create and maintain ads, review new applicants and move them through the recruitment process
- Communicate with applicants on daily basis
- Daily reporting to track recruitment trends and develop a data driven recruitment strategy
- Leverage daily social media to post updates and source candidates
- Participate in Recruiting and building relationships through Work Source Oregon, Job Connections, Churches, CNA Training Schools, Colleges, RN Programs, Retirement Centers, Adult Community Centers, Recruiting Events and others
- Facilitate training programs for community caregivers and families for First Aid and CPR and Dementiawise
- Be willing and available to fill In Shifts with clients in field to build relationship with both client and caregiver
What were looking for:
- College helpful but not required
- Previous hiring specialist or staffing experience a bonus
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs
- Willing to travel around town
- Must have strong communication skills and have the ability to think outside the box
- Must be goal oriented, proactive and self motivated
