What you'll be doing:

• Daily management and maintainenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) CareerPlug and other recruiting engines
• Daily review of all job posts, create and maintain ads, review new applicants and move them through the recruitment process
• Communicate with applicants on daily basis
• Daily reporting to track recruitment trends and develop a data driven recruitment strategy
• Leverage daily social media to post updates and source candidates
• Participate in Recruiting and building relationships through Work Source Oregon, Job Connections, Churches, CNA Training Schools, Colleges, RN Programs, Retirement Centers, Adult Community Centers, Recruiting Events and others
• Facilitate training programs for community caregivers and families for First Aid and CPR and Dementiawise
• Be willing and available to fill In Shifts with clients in field to build relationship with both client and caregiver

What we're looking for:

• College helpful but not required
• Previous hiring specialist or staffing experience a bonus
• Demonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute and familiarity with basic computer programs
• Willing to travel around town
• Must have strong communication skills and have the ability to think outside the box
• Must be goal oriented, proactive and self motivated

Compensation: $48,000.00 per year
