What you will do:
- Sourcing Excellence: Collaborate with our talent acquisition team to identify and attract top-notch candidates for various openings.
- Streamlined Coordination: Assist in scheduling seamless interviews, and assessments, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams.
- Thorough Pre-Employment Checks: Take the lead in coordinating and executing pre-employment checks, such as background screenings and reference checks.
- Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience from interview to onboarding, contributing to our employer brand.
- Meticulous Documentation: Record all enterprise ATS (Jobvite) activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Recruitment Support: Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices, assisting supervisors, HR staff, and other stakeholders.
- Event Participation: Engage in job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities to promote our organization.
- Administrative Efficiency: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
What you will bring:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business, or related discipline preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiting or Talent Acquisition Coordinator (not as a recruiter) in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Jobvite experience is a plus.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude, passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Flexibility: Travel requirement - at least once per quarter to 1 day hiring events
