Recruiting Analytics Coordinator

Red Envelope is leading the search for a Recruiting Coordinator for a faith-based non-profit that serves thousands of young people a year in a camp environment.
Classification: Full Time Regular
Job Location: Reside in Grand Rapids, MI or surrounding areas
Reports To: Young Leader Development Director

Position Summary
The Recruiting Analytics Coordinator is responsible to advance the mission of SpringHill by engaging young people in a SpringHill experience that develops them as leaders for God's Kingdom. The Recruiting Analytics Coordinator is responsible for the analysis of the annual recruiting processes, and the development of resources to aid in Summer Leader retention. The Recruiting Analytics Coordinator will analyze data, track milestones, and communicate findings to strategic leaders. This person understands how Generation Z learns and communicates, and he or she will use this knowledge to help SpringHill develop organizational processes and internal systems.
Responsibilities

• Takes lead to leverage digital solutions and technical systems to support the functions of recruitment
• Evaluate current recruitment strategies and look for improvement to reach designated audience
• Manage annual recruiting goals, tracking high school and college visits, geographic boundaries, and hiring progress.
• Develop and improve communication strategies to Summer Leaders
• Assist with strategies to partner with colleges to fulfill internship requirements
• Provide logistical support for all international hiring and placement of Summer Leaders
• Work with IT and HR departments to ensure functions of Salesforce are updated for application, interviews, and contracting of Summer Leaders
• Clear understanding of data collection, with the ability to formulate strategies, analyze data, forecast and provide weekly updates to organization with goals
• Work with internal SpringHill teams to develop and produce content and deliverables
• Complete other duties as assigned by Young Leader Development Director

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications Requirements

• Commitment to the mission and ministry philosophy of the organization
• Thorough understanding of how young leaders think, learn, receive communication, and how to engage
• Critical thinker with the ability and desire to analyze data and processes looking for improvement to produce the desired outcome
• Detail oriented with the ability to build and maintain systems and processes
• Experience in sales and marketing preferred
• Assist and develop new approaches to build relationships with college-aged students
• Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills required
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field preferred
• Basic computer skills required and proficiency in Microsoft office required

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, bend, and twist
• Ability to push and pull loads
• Must be able to lift frequently up to 35 lbs.; occasionally 35-100 lbs. with assistance
• Good hand-eye coordination
