We are seeking a vivacious and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator in our St. Paul, MN location to contribute to our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition process. This hybrid position is M-F, 1st shift.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our hiring process. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate the smooth onboarding of new hires across our organization’s various locations.
- Handle essential administrative tasks for new employees, including onboarding, employment verification, and introducing them to Vivacity’s systems, processes, and vibrant culture.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews for open job requisitions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with our recruiter and hiring managers.
- Assist with HRIS transactions related to candidates, new hires, and terminations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Help develop and manage compelling job postings, ensuring they reflect our company’s values and position requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with on-site managers, understanding their specific needs and collaborating effectively.
- Embrace our company culture and lead by example, fostering a positive environment for all employees.
- Serve as the employee liaison for the People and Culture team at your designated site location.
- Assist your People and Culture teammates with necessary tasks, contributing to our collective success.

- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

Education & Experience
- High school diploma and minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift boxes sometimes up to 40 lbs
